We interview the active real estate investors in the Louisiana market. Not the Guru's and speakers, the actual people out building portfolios, doing deals and making stuff happen. These are people that don't speak publicly as they don't have courses to sell. We get them to come to our group and interview them about how they got started, what they learnt along the way and what they doing in the current market. We go deep to pull out the nuggets so that you can learn from their experience.

The Speaker for this meetup will CJ Carr

CJ Carr is a real estate developer, builder, and investor based in New Orleans.  As a cofounder of DuCar Construction, DuCar Real Estate Investments, and Investment Property Builders, CJ has built and managed hundreds of units using the Build 2 Rent model. He builds rentals for investors and for himself and has built  built a personal rental portfolio valued at 15M over the last 5 years mostly through their Build 2 Rent Model.

We are excited to interview him and hear how he got started and grew his businesses and what he is working on next.

You are welcome to come whether you are trying to go from 0-1st deal or deal 1,000 - 1001. We will have a needs and wants section where you can tell the room if you have something to offer or are looking for something. Whether that's an off-market deal, hard money, contractors, partners etc.

Our speakers aren't selling anything and neither are the organizers. We just want to get the West Bank property investing community networking and talking as we believe that will benefit everyone.
